Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan gives you 1 page audit every 30 days with a basic UX health score, the top 10 findings and a basic WCAG 2.2 scan. No payment details are needed.
Can I get one full report without a plan?
Yes. Every new Free audit runs the full Growth checks. Pay once (₹500 + GST, or $8) to unlock that audit's full report: every finding, AI recommendations, CSS + HTML fixes, annotated screenshots, PDF download and a share link. If you upgrade to Growth or Scale within 7 days, we take the amount off your first plan payment.
Will my plan renew automatically?
No. Plans never renew and we never charge you automatically. We email you 7 days and 1 day before your plan ends. If you don't pay for another period, your account moves to the Free plan and your audits and reports stay in your account.
How do I pay?
Paid plans are bought through Razorpay: by UPI, card or netbanking in Indian Rupees (prices exclude GST), or by international credit or debit card in US dollars. Yearly billing saves 20% and is charged in full up front.
Can I upgrade from Growth to Scale?
Yes, at any time. Unused Growth time is converted into Scale time at list prices and added to your new plan. You can move to a lower plan once your current paid plan ends.
What counts as a page audit?
Each page you audit uses one from your allowance for the 30-day period. Failed audits are not counted, and unused pages don't carry over to the next period.
Do you offer refunds?
All payments are final and we don't offer refunds, so please try SecretUXD on the Free plan before you pay.
