SECRETUXD provides a comprehensive suite of design tools, including color palette generators, gradient tools, WCAG contrast checkers, visualizers, games, and diagnostic utilities for developers, designers, and digital artists. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without notice.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Your Designs & Creations: Any color combinations, custom palettes, gradients, or layouts you generate using our tools are yours. SECRETUXD does not claim intellectual property ownership over your generated palettes or gradient outputs. You are free to copy, use, distribute, and license your creations for personal or commercial design projects.
Platform Assets: All software, code, algorithms, graphic assets, database contents, logos, text, designs, brand marks, level-up games, and proprietary resources on SECRETUXD are the intellectual property of SECRETUXD and its creators. You may not scrape, copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer our platform's code or branding without explicit written consent.
4. Public Sharing & User Feedback
If you publicly share a created palette or gradient on our platform, you grant SECRETUXD a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, host, store, and promote that palette/gradient to other users. Any ideas, suggestions, or feedback you submit to us regarding the Service shall become our sole property, and we may use it without any obligation to compensate you.
5. Prohibited Conduct
As a condition of using SECRETUXD, you agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal, unauthorized, or scam-related purposes.
- Employ automated tools, bots, spiders, or scrapers to harvest data or bulk-extract palettes from our system.
- Attempt to bypass rate limits, probe our database/API servers, or launch denial-of-service (DoS) attacks.
- Impersonate SECRETUXD staff or representatives, or falsely state an affiliation with us.
- Use the Service to build a competitive product, site, or color service.
- Inject malicious code, viruses, or try to exploit vulnerabilities in our frontend client or database endpoints.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. SECRETUXD does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that color contrasts and accessibility ratings will perfectly pass real-world compliance testing under all conditions.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SECRETUXD and its creators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data loss, project delays, or legal issues arising from accessibility failures in designs that were verified using our WCAG contrast tools.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, India.
